Dr. Carrie Lembach graduated from John Carroll University in 1999. She received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. Dr. Lembach completed an internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital and completed her ophthalmology residency at The Ohio State University. She just completed her cornea/external disease fellowship from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Carrie Lembach joined Arena Eye Surgeons on August 1, 2008. She is very active in numerous professional and volunteer associations. Much of her volunteer time is spent teaching ophthalmology residents and medical students. In her new role at Arena Eye Surgeons, she will be providing care to patients with corneal, cataract, refractive, dry-eye and contact lens-related problems.
